We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers, vendors, compliance professionals, donation processors, email/SMS platforms, analytics providers, and other entities where necessary to operate the committee, comply with law, process contributions, communicate with supporters, or otherwise support our activities described in this Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes.
We generally do not share supporter contact information (such as email lists) with outside organizations for commercial or marketing purposes. In limited circumstances where such sharing serves the committee’s purposes (for example, joint events, coalition activity, or required legal disclosure), any sharing will be consistent with this Policy.
We may share information as required by law, including campaign finance disclosure obligations under Washington State law. Contribution information submitted through our pages is subject to public disclosure requirements applicable to Washington political committees.
The following terms govern our Mobile Messaging Program.
By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from House Republican Organizational Committee:

Online contributions to House Republican Organizational Committee are processed through Anedot (anedot.com), a third-party campaign fundraising platform. We do not store your full credit card or banking information on our servers — payment processing is handled entirely by Anedot, which maintains its own security standards and privacy policy.
By making a contribution through our donation page, you are also subject to Anedot’s terms of service and privacy policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a contribution. Processing fees may apply and are subject to change at Anedot’s discretion. All transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Washington State campaign finance law requires us to collect and publicly disclose certain donor information — including name, mailing address, employer, and occupation — for contributions above applicable reporting thresholds. By making a contribution, you acknowledge that this information may appear in public campaign finance filings with the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC).
If you provide your email during the donation process, we may send you campaign-related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email. We send emails through Mailchimp. SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties.
We use cookies — small files stored in your browser — to improve your experience and understand how visitors use our site. Cookies help us remember your preferences and analyze traffic patterns.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized data about site usage, including pages visited and time on site. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. Our GA4 configuration anonymizes IP addresses and disables advertising personalization signals. The information is used solely to improve the website and our outreach efforts.

If you sign up to receive email updates, we will send you newsletters, event invitations, fundraising appeals, and volunteer opportunities. We send these emails through Mailchimp, which receives and stores your email address and engagement data (such as opens and clicks) in order to deliver and report on the messages.
