Larson for Justice (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is the official campaign committee for Judge Dave Larson’s candidacy for Washington State Supreme Court, Position 5. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website, donates to our campaign, or engages with our communications.

Online contributions to Larson for Justice are processed through eFundraising Connections, LLC (efundraisingconnections.com), a third-party campaign fundraising platform. We do not store your full credit card or banking information on our servers — payment processing is handled entirely by eFundraising Connections, which maintains its own security standards and privacy policy.
By making a contribution through our donation page, you are also subject to eFundraising Connections’ User Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a contribution through the platform. Processing fees may apply and are subject to change at eFundraising Connections’ discretion. All transactions are final and non-refundable.
Washington State and federal campaign finance law requires us to collect and publicly disclose certain donor information — including name, mailing address, employer, and occupation — for contributions above applicable reporting thresholds. By making a contribution, you acknowledge that this information may appear in public campaign finance filings.
If you provide your email during the donation process, we may send you campaign-related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email. We send emails through Mailchimp. SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties.
